What is the Myriad Electric Screen System?
The Myriad Electric Screen System by Da-Lite is a ceiling recessed, wall and ceiling mounted electric screen designed for various projection needs. It offers a 16-foot SightLine cable drop that creates the appearance of a floating screen. Available in sizes ranging from 14 to 16 feet wide in both 16:9 HDTV and 16:10 Wide formats, it includes options for tensioned products with HD Progressive 16K ready and Parallax Ambient Light Rejection screen surfaces.
How does the installation process work?
The Myriad system offers a two-stage installation option. The screen case can be installed during the rough-in construction phase, while the screen surface assembly is completed during the finishing stage. For the wall and ceiling mounted version, adjustable brackets allow for easy installation, with built-in leveling and centering adjustments to ensure proper alignment.
What is the SightLine feature?
SightLine is Da-Lite's thin cable drop feature that elegantly suspends the screen surface, eliminating the black drop above the projection screen. This feature allows for variable vertical placement of the screen, accommodating drop distances up to 16 feet. It also preserves architectural interests by creating usable space above the viewing area, which can be utilized for camera or speaker placement.
